Q: How long does it take to receive a mailbox?
A: Normally, each mailbox will be shipped out within 5-7 days. This depends on current orders. When a payment confirmation is sent, you will be given a current estimate.
Q: Will it cost more money to change colors on one of the established patterns?
A: No, color changes on existing patterns can be made at no additional costs. Describe or send an exact color swatch and every effort will be made to match it with paint colors.
Q: What is the cost of a custom designed mailbox?
A: A standard custom designed mailbox is $120 including a $20 design fee. A jumbo custom mailbox is $140 including a $20 design fee. Shipping is $10.50 Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Q: How will my hand painted mailbox arrive?
A: Each mailbox will be shipped priority UPS mail. Please don't hate the shipper when you have a ton of packing peanuts all over your floor! It's the best way! Last year all 500 mailboxes that were shipped out, arrived undamaged!!!
Q: Can I see more of your recent designs?

Q. Do you have more colors of mailboxes:
A. Yes, I can get black, and green. They will be considered custom orders. Allow 2 weeks for delivery
Q. How long will my mailbox last?
A. Your new mailbox has been triple coated with external varnish. I guarntee full replacement for 1 year. It will last much longer than that, though. If you follow the instuctions on the “care sheet” you will get several years of long lasting beauty.
Q. Can you paint on “unbreakable mailboxes”
A. Yes, I will paint on any mailbox for you. Just have the mailbox of your choice sent to me and I will paint the pattern of your choice. Contact me directly for pricing and shipping info.
